Once your employer has signed up, all you need to do is follow these steps.

Have a look at the Cycle2Work made easy! document or go in to one of our stores and ask our fully trained bike specialists to help you to choose a bike suitable for your journey
Once you’ve chosen your bike and safety accessories you’ll need to fill out an application form supplied by your employer and state the amount you wish to spend on a bike and safety accessories
Sign and return the form to your employer, your employer will then check your eligibility to participate in the scheme and will instruct Halfords to process your order
You will then receive a Letter of Collection (voucher) with your nominated value which you can redeem at any Halfords store.
