We wanted to share a further update on how we here at Cycle2Work and the wider Halfords for Business team are working to maintain the highest levels of service to all our customers, clients and partners throughout this unprecedented time.

As an essential retailer we understand the vital part we play in the community ensuring that key workers are able to continue with their commuting and work responsibilities during the fight against COVID-19. Here at Halfords we want to provide assurances that support is on hand, be it fixing a puncture on the cycle to work or carrying out essential bike maintenance.

A message from our CEO

Following on from this statement, it means that customers who have letters of collection to redeem instore can continue to do so, they also have the ability to click and collect by visiting Halfords.com or redeeming online by visiting www.tredz.co.uk with free home delivery. We are also working with our network of independent retailers to understand who have chosen to remain open or closed for the next 3 weeks. We can then best manage customer enquiries and assist in getting them the cycle they require for their commuting needs.

All service and support from both Cycle2Work and Halfords for Business remains in place and is not affected by any changes, we have a commitment to keep Britain moving and are here to support you every step of the way.

Please do contact the team on 0345 504 6444 if you have any questions or require support.
