Cycle2Work offers unbeatable commercials alongside simple, speedy online processes that maximise choice for the employee and minimise effort for the employer. We don’t charge for managing the scheme and provide full support to scheme administrators. Each client has a dedicated Account Manager who is the single point of contact for the scheme administrator and works alongside them throughout the lifetime of the scheme to deliver whatever is required to make the scheme as successful as possible.

We keep Cycle2Work as simple as possible

  1. You sign up to Cycle2Work and your dedicated Account Manager sets up your organisation’s scheme
  2. You decide when you want employees to be able to access the scheme – the application ‘window’. Different employers run different application windows. Some employers have a single window so employees can only join once a year, several windows a year
  3. Working to your requirements, your Account Manager creates bespoke marketing material to promote the scheme and its benefits to your employees
  4. Employees apply online and you approve their application online
  5. Once approved, your employee chooses their bike and accessories from any Halfords or Cycle Republic store, halfords.com, cyclerepublic.com or tredz.co.uk or one of the independent bike shops we work with
  6. Your employee cycles to work and gets healthier and greener whilst saving time and money
